HELPING OTHERS transform
MY INTENTION
For over 15+ years, I've worked with women who are tired — not just physically, but mentally and emotionally.
Tired of starting over. Tired of knowing better but not doing different. Tired of feeling like the life they imagined keeps ending up just out of reach.
What I've learned — through hundreds of coaching conversations and my own personal transformation — is that it's rarely a strategy problem.
It's a clutter problem.
Mental clutter. Emotional clutter. Unresolved patterns, outdated beliefs, and the subtle ways we abandon ourselves to keep the peace.
My work is about helping you see that clutter clearly — so you can face it, feel it, and finally free yourself from it.
That's the Clutter Free Method. And it changes everything.

My JOURNEY
I didn't become a coach because it looked good on paper. I became one because I needed to save myself first.
There was a time when I was running on empty — mentally overwhelmed, emotionally depleted, staying in situations that kept me small because I hadn't yet learned how to lead myself differently. I wasn't lazy. I wasn't broken. I was full of clutter I didn't know how to clear.
When I finally did the work — the real work — everything shifted. Not because I instantly became a different person, but because I stopped operating from the patterns and fears that had been running my life.
That breakthrough became the foundation of Helping Others Transform, the Clutter Free Method, Clutter Free Society and eventually Clutter Free Weekend.
Since then, I've helped thousands of women have that same shift — through coaching, community, live events, and the frameworks I've developed over more than a decade of doing this work.
My mission hasn't changed: to help women live authentically, intentionally, and unapologetically — no longer settling for a life that doesn't fit or feel good.
"I believe we are all our own best coach. Sometimes we just need the right support to see what's possible and the right space to finally do something about it."

MY WHY
I'm a single mother of four, a former educator with a Master's degree in Education, and a certified Life Coach trained in subconscious mind reprogramming, hypnotherapy, and emotional freedom techniques — and a woman who has lived through the exact kind of mental, emotional, financial, and relational clutter I now help other women clear.
That combination — lived experience plus more than 20 years of education, coaching, and working with women, families, and communities — is what makes this work different.
I don't coach from theory. I coach from truth.
And the truth is: transformation is available to every woman willing to face herself honestly, feel what's been suppressed, and take the next intentional step forward.
That's what this work is. And that's why I'm here.
My WORK
There are a lot of life coaches. Here's what's different about working with me.
I use a simple methodology. The Clutter Free Method — Face it, Feel it, Free it — is the framework behind every coaching experience I offer. It's not motivational theory. It's a structured approach to identity, emotional awareness, pattern recognition, and self-leadership designed to create meaningful, lasting change.
I work with the whole person. Across the Eight Pillars of Clutter Free Living — mental, emotional, spiritual, physical, relational, financial, environmental and habitual — because life doesn't stay in one lane, and neither does clutter.
I meet you where you are. Whether you're healing, growing, becoming, or finally stepping into your full being — there is a place for you here and no pressure to be further along than you are.
I build community. Growth doesn't happen in isolation. The sisterhood inside Clutter Free Society is one of the most meaningful parts of this work — and our Clutter Free Weekend retreats are where we connect, celebrate, and create breakthroughs together.
If you're ready to stop settling — for less love, less peace, less purpose, less of yourself — I'm here to help.

In working with Angel, I have gained confidence in myself when dealing with other people. I have also become more open minded and able to think for myself. She helped me to shift my perspective and now I see things much differently. Angel is a great motivator and I know I can talk to her about anything. - Tia
